The background of the problem

According to a survey carried out in 2008 December, the researches have found out Facebook to be the most popular Social Networking Website. Unfortunately most of the popular products become easy targets of abusers. This is common to Facebook too — Within less than two months we have seen many instances of Pornography and other material related to per versed sexual activity being published in the popular social networking site.

Free Parallel Bible: Online Bible study tools – Part 2

What is a Parallel Bible?

The Parallel Bible is a tool useful for studying God’s word. If you don’t know it’s a Bible that shows several (usually 3 or 4) translations side by side for comparison. Today there are software versions also. However some of us may not be able to afford for our own copy of such tools, this is why I am writing this. Click here to go to the online Parallel Bible.

Advantages

Integrates with a cross reference section. This helps to find relative verses.
You can compare a chosen verse against 15 translations.

Disadvantages

Verses are not arranged in side by side columns. They are in rows one after other.
