Introduction

Recently one of my readers emailed me asking what are some strategies Christians can use to guard their eyes from looking at porn and nudity? So in today’s article I  want to answer this question.

1. How does your brain respond to nudity/pornography?

As Christians usually we tend to look at such issues from a spiritual point of view, which is not wrong. However for the sake of this study first of all I want to talk about an individual’s biological reaction to porn and nudity? After all God intended sex to be a biological factor also, right?
