C. By revealing what has up to now been unknown, (Romans 16:25; Galatians 1:11-12)

2. Righteousness

A. By His own perfect obedience to the Law, (Romans 5:19)

B. By His vicarious and justifying death for sin, (1 Peter 3:18)

C. By His intercession at God’s right hand, (Romans 8:34)

3. Sanctification

A. By His perfect example of holiness, (2 Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 4:15)

B. By His regeneration, imparting the new nature, (2 Corinthians 5:17)

C. By the gift of the indwelling Spirit of Holiness, (John 16:13)

4. Redemption

A. By the resurrection of the body: the redemption of the body, (Romans 8:23)

B. By final and full deliverance from sin; redemption of the Spirit, (1 Peter 1:23-25)

C. By ushering us, body and spirit, into the heavenly home.

Conclusion

The redemption Jesus provides is not applicable only to one area of human needs (such as healing.) But this redemption deals with every major and minor area explained in this sermon.
