Sermon: How to walk in the Spirit?

I want to talk about Paul’s exhortation to Galatians to “Walk in the Spirit” today (Galatians 5:16). As a Christian, I enjoy wonderful freedom in Christ. It is truly the desire of Christ that I will be free but I must not allow freedom to become a ‘license’ to sin. If I am not careful, desires of the flesh can wreak self-destruction. Every Leader should embrace this marvelous list of inward qualities. There are different leadership styles but only the style that aligns with the style of Jesus which manifests through the fruit of the spirit matters. I was compelled to preach this sermon because of two unmet needs in the modern church.

(I) The high percentage of believers who have never received the Holy Spirit Baptism.

(II) The high percentage of believers whose knowledge about the Holy Spirit Baptism and its purpose is inadequate.
